Pale Moon is a drinkable pale ale that has a distinctive hop aroma without the lingering aftertaste. This Belgian-Style Pale Ale is brewed with European malts, Cascade hops, and a touch of hibiscus and orange peel. These ingredients create a rich copper colored ale with a flavor complexity that one would expect from the Blue Moon Brewing Company.

Bottle. Pours a clear bright to medium copper with a nice lasting head. Aroma is grassy hops. Flavor is quite malty with hints of chocolate. Not what I was expecting from a pale ale. Drinkable but not really enjoyable.

Keg @ Unity Works, Wakefield, as Blue Moon Pale Ale. Clouded pale golden-amber with a small head. Has a crisp, sweet, bubble-gum aroma and taste. Slightly overbearing in this respect.

JPDIPSO (6300) - Wauwatosa, USA - AUG 21, 2016
Dark amber color with a smaller tight beige bubbled head. Fairly grainy aroma, with some grass, floral and orange aromas underneath. Smell more like an English ale to me. Quite sweet with toasted malt and lightly fruity, Not much of a Belgian. Easy enough to drink though. 3/11

On tap. Color : cloudy pale ale with very thin white head. High carbonation. Watery texture. Nose : nothing. Aromas : yeast?. Clearly not worth it.

Lett tåkete lys brun med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter sitron, lett karamell, krydder, gjær og korn. Middels fylde. Middels sødme, farin og kandis, hvete, gjær og krydder. Lite bitterhet. Kort

Terrible see-through, clear amber color. Off flavor smell, doesn’t smell like hops. Taste is weak with no pale ale, just a cheap lager. no lasting flavor, but maybe thats a good thing.

12 oz. bottle into pint glass. Pours light amber color. Aroma of malt and citrus. Taste very malty with spice. Medium bodied beer.

Bif (2394) - St. Charles, Missouri, USA - APR 25, 2015
Bottle. Pours a dark color color with a fair head. Aroma of citrus, light fruit and hint of malt sweetness. Taste of malt sweetness and light fruit. Mold bitterness and a fairly dry finish. Moderate body, smooth and flavorful. Easy drinker. Much better than expected.
