17th August 2008. Clear amber beer. A wheat beer but feels like a lager. The lime is pretty subtle and really only noticeable in the aftertaste. Refreshing and subtle.

Bottle. Yellow color, rather small white head. Way to thin aroma. Flavor is pretty much the same. Citrus and some hops, but this is really not a wheat beer to me. At leats not a good one...

Light and refreshing spring ale. Some caramel and floral spruce in the nose. Rated 8/1/08

Aroma of light citrus and yeast/spice? Coppery amber color with a decent, lasting white head. Thin to medium body with mild, sort of chewy, carbonation. The flavor is wheat, lime indeed, and it seems some spice. The finish is a bit papery, but not all that bad, and the citrus helps out. Pretty refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a medium rising off white head. The aroma is citrus and a light spice. Decent lacing on the glass. The taste is a light malt with lime notes and easy to drink. A good wheat ale from Coors, but not too much going on with it besides the lime.

Ratman197 (14946) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - MAR 25, 2007
Bottle poured a clear amber with a large lasting ivory head. Aromas of wheat, light yeast and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat and lime with a crisp clean finish.

Tmoney99 (14601) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 14, 2007
Bottle from Krogers. Poured a hazy amber with a moderate frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Light sweet citrus aroma. Light body with soft carbonation. Light bittersweet citrus flavor with a light bitter finish. Worth trying once.

Lubiere (13941) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 12, 2010
A golden wheat ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a lightly fruity and esters aroma, solventy. In mouth, a chalky boring wheat...really boring. Tasted at CNY brewfest, Feb. 6 2010.

2.2
Drake (13939) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 15, 2009
12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear golden amber color with a medium head. Poor head retention and lacing. Aroma is strong musty wheat with lime notes and grain. Taste is toasted malts with big acrid citrus notes and some corn. Medium bodied.

Dogbrick (13132) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 27, 2007
This brew is a clear orange/amber color with a medium done white head that dissipates slowly. Spotty rings of lacing on the glass. Bready malt aroma with a touch of lime. Light-bodied with a mildly spicy character and flavors of yeast and lime. The finish is lightly herbal with a sweet malt aftertaste. Pretty average all around.
