12-ounce bottle pours cloudy yellow with suspended yeast chunks; small spritz of white lacing, yet no head. Aroma: honey, blueberries, lemon. Flavor: citrus (orange, lemon), honey, pine, wet newspaper. Mouthfeel: light- to medium-bodied. JohananaV2 (278) - Hurst, Texas, USA - AUG 20, 2017
This is only like the second or third white IPA I've had, but I have to say I've grown to enjoy them more and more. It's basic, but sometimes basic is good

Not an IPA really. Not bad if you like blue moon and are wanting to ever-so-gently drift into a true IPA one day, this could be a good first baby step.

(12oz bottle) AROMA: very light nose, touch of floral/perfume, sweet corn, new shoe/sock smell APPEARANCE: medium golden yellow, a tad orange, hazy, nice foamy froth, long lasting sticky/creamy residual. TASTE: citrus peel, burnt biscuit, dried fruit, some harshness, fair amount of middle bitterness that fades retry quickly, a bit of that sweet/alcoholy taste of some imperial beers. PALATE: medium to full body, robust, a bit creamy, OVERALL: not very IPAish, a bit strong and harsh, some interesting dry fruit and burnt malt flacors, drinkable but not my cup of tea.

This beer legitimately smells horrible... I am a fan of regular blue moon, and have liked all the seasonal beers they have made. They really need to learn how to make a good IPA before putting it on a shelf. radagast83 (8690) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - JUL 20, 2017
12 oz bottle from a friend’s party. Poured a hazy yellow straw color with a medium sized, fluffy white head. Aroma was some light grassy hops, light citrus. Flavor was more Blue Moon than IPA. Light citrus, light earthy and some floral hop notes. Fine. tedson (1) - - JUL 11, 2017 does not count
Very blah. Slight grassy hops flavor. Not much flavor or body. Disappointing

Bottle pour into shaker pint glass from Hannaford. Appearance is cloudy yellow with fine, dark particulates, light sparkle, minimal fleeting fizzy white head with no lacing. Aroma is wheat, orange, dank musty resin. Taste is wheat, resin bitter, citrus. Palate is medium bodied with average carbonation and slightly sweet, though mostly bitter, finish. Overall, nothing too special going on here and what’s here isn’t that interesting. shigadeyo (3856) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 19, 2017
6/19/2017 (12 fl oz bottle): Smells like a regular Blue Moon; cloudy golden-orange color with a frothy off-white head; wheat malt, orange, and spice not unlike the regular Blue Moon, but more hops and moderate bitterness, juicy orange finish, floral and spicy hops stick in the throat; medium body, cask-like mouthfeel; pretty decent overall (well, at least the first couple sips and then it falls off pretty quickly), but it’s more like a hoppy Blue Moon/Witbier and less like an actually White IPA.
