This copper-colored ale is crafted with roasted malts, Belgian sugar, and a touch of wheat for a rich caramel flavor and a smooth toffee finish.

Pours a ruby/amber color with a nice fluffy tan head. Aroma is a bit lacking but what you can get is yeasty with faint Christmas spices. Flavor is malty sweet, candied sugar, Christmas spices, maybe raisins. Overall an ok beer for a massed produced beer. Looks like it has bigger flavor than it actually does.

Not that bad at all. Sure it doesn’t have much complexity or anything like that. Simple doesn’t mean bad, that’s what beer nerds don’t understand/

Great brewed winter beer with a Carmel taste to it. Beers head is medium and aroma is sugared

This beer pours a dark amber liquid with a small head. the smell is dried fruits and brown sugar. The tast is malty, with some carmel and fruit in a medium-light body. The finish is a bit of sweetness swirled into toasty coffee and malt. Not long in the aftertaste but a very pleasant beer.

This beer fills me up. I find the sugar note pleasant. It is easy-drinking if not very remarkable. I don’t ever pair this with food. I buy a case when it comes out yearly.

Bottle. Trappist Glass. Served chilled. Deep Copper Color. Weak light brown head. No lacing in the glass. Aroma of spice, caramel, alcohol, coffee. Medium body. Taste was toasty, caramel, herb, and spice. Bitter, but a touch of sweetness. Smooth. Clean finish. I enjoyed it, but its not what I am looking for in a Belgian Ale.

spicy hoppy smell. Nice head that dissipates fairly quickly. dark brown appearance with hardly any carbonation. light body, much lighter than you’d expect for a beer this dark and a bit of a sticky stale aftertaste. Pretty boring overall, I’d choose it on $0.50-bottle night.

Nice color, malty and sweet. Aftertaste lingers unwelcomely. Sort of disappointed that there are two more in the pack. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Honestly the differences between this one and the other Blue Moons are pretty minute. Once again, smooth drink with a flavor that’s almost a tease; there should be something more behind it but there isn’t. Almost like it’s incomplete.

This beer is not that good. But it isn’t that bad either! Don’t bother drinking it though. Unless you want to drink an okay "winter" beer made by a company that also makes really shitty beer!
