Bottle @ Odense Beer & Ball Saturday - Parma vs. Bologna. Dark body with a small offwhite head. Bourbon, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, sweet toffee, wood, light hops, ash, ripe fruit. Oily texture. Nice. Christian (13769) - Odense, DENMARK - NOV 30, 2013
Odense Beer & Ball Saturday - Parma vs. Bologna. Black with a lasting tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate with weaker notes of bourbon and coffee beans, very nice. Sweet and dark malty flavour with chocolate, dried fruit, ash, soy sauce, alcohol and hops. Lacking harmony with both vineous character, sweetness and notable bitterness Dedollewaitor (16314) - Odense, DENMARK - NOV 30, 2013

Not sure when it was bottled but the cork said drink by May 2013. Dark brown pour with a light tan head. Nice mouthfeel despite the beer not looking thick. Malty and bourbon nose. Complex and full of malt, hops, toffee, caramel and lots of oak tannins. MikeJslc (778) - Alabama, USA - NOV 28, 2013
From 750ml bottle, thanks Craig. Dark brown/black, tan head. Baker’s chocolate, cocoa, dark bread crusts, earthy notes, bourbon in nose, some dark fruit. Nice.

From a growler. Pours dark brown almost black with a thin tan head. Tastes really good, like cool malt, nutty, light chocolate, bread, caramel, squash vegetables. Low/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like syrup, chocolate, malt, and alcohol. JHeath99 (1679) - Warner Robins, Georgia, USA - NOV 28, 2013
Tap. Pours dark opaque brown with light tan colored head. Aroma of roasted malts. Taste of coffee. TylerGreenDC (1025) - - NOV 27, 2013
UPDATED: DEC 31, 2016 Bomber. Rich chocolate color. Flavor notes of chocolate, cherry, dried apricots and maybe a bit of peanut butter? The bourbon-barrel aging is fainter than you might expect, cut by the wood, which is fine. Smoothest, driest 10% imaginable. (Rated on 11/27/13) Sledutah (7788) - Utah, USA - NOV 26, 2013
750ml bottle thanks to obguthr Gription79 (2893) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - NOV 23, 2013
Clear dark brown with a small tan head and light lacing. Aroma of roasted malts and chocolate. Flavors of roasted malts, coconut, vanilla and chocolate
Very nice and smooth
Poured from a 750ml bottle, thanks to Craig. Big chocolate, coffee, vanilla, some hot alcohol notes. This is a tasty imperial stout.
