12 oz single bottle from Bottles & Bitters at Sloan's Lake. Pale golden colored appearance with minimal white head. Aroma of apples, mild pears and light vanilla. Similar flavor, adding mild sweetness. Light body with a slight dry feel and a moderately sweet finish. OK. bpreo (3011) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - MAR 31, 2017
A sweet Cider that I usually don’t enjoy. Sampled at The Tap & Growler, Eugene, OR. slowrunner77 (13204) - Reno, Nevada, USA - FEB 18, 2017
Yellow. Lightly floral and spicy apple. More sweet and musty than tart, but a little of each. Bubbly carb. OK. BuckeyeBoy (8859) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAR 22, 2015
On tap at tap station west Seattle. Pours out like sparkling water no head. Nose is some green apple and a touch of spice. Taste is dry apple light sweetness. Underdogs88 (325) - New Jersey, USA - FEB 16, 2014
Aroma is tart. Appearance is pale yellow and crystal clear. Light apple flavor with a tartness on the end. Mouthfeel is medium low with petillant carbonation. The end note is dry. Overall, it's a one dimensional dry cider. Needs more complexity in its apple variety selection.

Bottle. Virtually no head. Body is very light yellow. Aroma is light notes of ammonia, plastic, Silly Putty, hint of citrus zest. Flavor is lightly sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is trace sweetness, moderately acidic, unclean. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, moderately astringent. Hard to pick the "winner" between this and Eden Ridge, but no matter which you choose for a special evening, you can be certain to be wildly disappointed (you’ll probably even be angry). Almost no aroma at all, and what’s there is mostly chemicals. Very light bodied, watery, acrid, fizzy, dirty, and astringent in the mouth. One of the absolute worst ciders I’ve ever had. Draft at Scrumpy’s. Pours clear straight water. Aroma is thin air nothing, apple I guess. Taste is sweet water with a little fruit juice. AmEricanbrew (7080) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - AUG 17, 2011
Clear light golden color/ fizzy white head. Tart green apple, earthy woody aromas. Light bodied with average co2. Lightly sweet golden apple flavors with a medium acid, crisp finish--good poisoneddwarf (2688) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - JUL 23, 2011
UPDATED: JUL 24, 2011 750 ml bottle into a flute. Bought at Super 1 in Rathdrum. My first cider rating. Pours an extremely pale yellow--almost as clear as water (close to hue-less, actually) with a large crackling white head that dissipates into a ring fairly quick. Aroma is tart apples and minerals. Smells like a Sauvignon Blanc. Taste is mostly tart with a good share of sweetness. There’s some sense of overripe fruit here, but mostly it tastes crisp and fresh. Carbonation is soft. Seems good to me, but I’m no cider expert. savnac (2656) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - JUN 25, 2011
On tap. Clear pale yellow with almost no head. Light green apple aroma with a touch of honey. Flavor is tart green apple with a light sweetness. Light body with active carbonation and a dry, clean mouth feel. Nice cider, dry and tart.
