Aroma of malty caramel. Taste is mostly malty caramel as well some bitter finishing hops to balance but mostly malt. Not sweet though. Well balanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask at Max’s. Pours hazy golden amber with a giant pillow of frothy white head. Aroma is biscuit and cereal malts, floral hops, light citrus fruit, light spice, and faint grassiness. Flavor is well balanced with light bready malt base that blends into a mellow grassy hop and grapefruit bitterness; creamy with a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Malty and caramely aroma. Smooth, syrupy body. Pretty easy. I always really enjoyed this beer.

Luvystypotables (1965) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - MAR 21, 2014
Aroma of citrus and fruit, amber colour with a short head. A well balanced taste mildly bitter and a mix of dried fruit and citrus. A mildly bitter palate.

For a pale ale this packs a pretty heavy nose full of hop aroma. Beautiful amber color. Taste is solid cascade IPA fare. Honestly this tastes like what a standard cascade brewed IPA should taste like. Which is good, if a little boring.

solidfunk (8949) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - MAR 16, 2014
Huge citrus infusion here. Sharp and poignant lemon zest with some sugary malt. Finishes bitter and a little sour. Slightly opaque orange pour with ok head and lacing. Slick on palate. Cask at Churchkey.

BelgianBeerGal (4066) - Panama City, Florida, USA - FEB 23, 2014
Charleston bottle. Nice and easy drinking hoppy brew. Big caramel malt backbone that matches the citrus bitterness very well. Tasty.

3.2
matty (415) - Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 23, 2014
Draft. Pours a clear dark gold color with a thick white head that unfortunately dampens any aroma. Balanced taste of malt and hops, pretty average for an APA. Very slight dry finish. Not bad but nothing special. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Decent tropical nose, but way too much malt for a pale ale, especially an american pale. On tap at Buckeye 18 Jan 14
