COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Great things come in twos. Instead of brewing one pale ale we thought we would brew two completely different ones and combine them: the first one a more unique Citra, Sorachi Ace pale with unique lemon and orage citrus character and the second one a more traditional overture to Magnum, Cascade, ande Centennial hops. The result is a pair blended into one crisp, refreshing spring beer.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber. Aroma is cereal malts, faint caramel, light citrus, and faint floral notes. Flavor is malt-forward with lacking hop character; coming off as boring and a touch bland. Light/medium body.

Draft at brewery. Poured a copper color with a small white head. The aroma was strong citrsy hops. The medium bitterness lingers quite long.

2.3
DSG (14764) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JAN 9, 2015
Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Shmupi. Hazy amber. Stale aroma with old hops, mild infection, sourish fruitiness and cardboard. Sweetish-bitterish flavor, stale, with yeast, a bit of caramel, light infection, some fruitiness a bitterish and kinda hoppy finish. Medium-bodied. Not good.

2.5
suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - JUL 24, 2014
Chunky cloudy amber pour. Huge head. Plenty of lacing. Not sure the head isn’t from an infection that seems to be running through this brewery. Taste is an off bit of malt and hops. As was the nose.

2.9
tnkw01 (1753) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 17, 2014
Bottle. It’s really getting boring because of all the pale ales out there. Anyway. Usual citrus aroma and bitter taste.

2.3
Shag (3000) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - APR 6, 2014
A murky brown color with a white head. The aroma is caramel and cardboard. The flavor is malty mostly caramel, wet cardboard, and some citrus. The only spare pair I need is another beer. Horrid!
