medium-dark golden color, light head is gone quickly and the faintest lacing remains.
NOSE- strong scent of blueberry while pouring. In the chilled glad, I don’t get so much scent to it.
FLAVOR- very light ale without too much character. Not much blueberry flavors. Good news is that the light ale flavor doesn’t overpower the little blueberry flavor there is. I get a bit of blueberry aftertaste as well.
well balanced for a blueberry ale. I would prefer a little more ’beer’ flavor though. Toolgrind (3) - - MAY 13, 2016 does not count
Wow on aroma. Blueberry heaven. Poured out of a bottle. No head or lacing. Taste was a bit disappointing. Expecting alot more blueberry punch. Just a light beer with a blueberry flavor. Nothing more or less. thegreenrooster (4558) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - MAR 16, 2016
Pour is a clear yellow with a large white head. Aroma is blueberries nd nothing else. Flavor is has some blueberry flavoring and again nothing else malt or hop wise. Kind of a one trick watery pony with only some kind of blueberry additive showing. bbbeer (878) - Massachusetts, USA - FEB 5, 2016
The aroma is ok. The flavor is blueberry-like but thin and medicinal and overall not too enjoyable. It does have a nice bottle. Drjohnrock (841) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 25, 2016
Draft at MOTR Pub at X______X concert on January 23, 2016. Attractive gold/amber color with very good clarity, blueberry nose that smelled a bit artificial, blueberry flavor upfront wasn’t bad but cheap grainy backround taste was. Too bad I never had any of this brewery’s beers before the AB InBev takeover because I sure as hell won’t try any more of them now. My numerical rating is lenient as it is. The only reason I got this was because the folks behind the bar seemed unsure about what the nonstandard Bells tap was, and the handle wasn’t readable.

Poured an amber color with a white head. Aroma was of blueberry, light caramel, and mild vomit. Flavor similar, I actually expected this to be even worse than it is. Not great, but not horribly offensive. rondphoto (4494) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - DEC 11, 2015
bottle @ Chief Market / Lima OH --- Clear golden amber color, white head that drops to a cover, strips and blobs of lace. Taste is carbonated malt that adds artificial blueberry as it moves to an inconspicuous finish. The malt is unassertive, the blueberry is minimal, and the hops are nearly invisible. A light brew that goes too far. Berard (639) - Salem, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 13, 2015
Draft. Powerful blueberry aroma over medium carbonation. Thick fizzy white head that lingers. Yellow bud light color. It's a tasty blueberry ale.

Bottle. Clear, gold in color with a small head. Aroma is grains with artificial blueberry. Taste is the same, weak grains with a "booberry" flavor phaleslu (10668) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 6, 2015
Draft at Bootlegger’s Bar in Great American Ball Park. Gotta love the A-B distro! I’ve never had a Blue Point beer before. This one pours a bright gold with a deep hue and small white head that dissipates immediately. But there are plenty of big carbonation bubbles in this almost all the way down. There’s some sweet blueberry along with pale and cereal malts, straw, wet leaves, and sugars. Light-bodied, with high carbonation and a malty mouthfeel. There’s nothing wrong here, it’s just so bland.
