Clear amber pour with decent hop aroma. All the grapefruit you could want in the taste. Maybe I shouldn’t have had it after the hop devil, but this one didn’t measure up for an IPA.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2018 bottle. deep glowing orange. high carb low head. earthy tones ale with mild bitterness and touch grapefruit and me light iron finish. deep malty flavours. What's the illusion exactly. that it's not an ipa? still a perfectly pleasant ale.

355 ml bottle, bottled 29/09/2017. Amber, clear, white head. Streams of bubbles. Very sweet aroma of malt, some citrus ( clementine ) and more malt. Seems like something floral is lurking behind the malt wall. Taste - malt and malt. Light bitter aftertaste. Oily.

Men godkendt

Served on tap. Light orange color. Quickly collapsing head. Light aroma. Light hops. Lingers on the palette. Heavier on malt than expected. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft from an EPCOT flight. An okay IPA with lots of resin and some hints of white grapefruit. Meh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Grumbo (4293) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - AUG 27, 2017
Bottle from The Food Emporium, 1175 3rd Avenue, NYC. Pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, fruit, veg, syrup and grain. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Not one of the better IPA’s I’ve had here.
