COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
According to Linus there are 3 things never to discuss with people: religion, politics, and the Great Pumpkin. Our Pumpkin Ale, on the other hand, has made quite a buzz from New Hampshire down to Florida. Every season has its pleasures. Harvest your own with our Pumpkin Ale and reap all that Autumn has to offer. Brewed with pumpkins from only the most sincere patches, this seasonal brew is golden orange, crisp and delicious, with an innocent hint of cinnamon and nutmeg that articulates our favorite season. Gather with friends and family and enjoy the change of seasons while savoring a pint of Pumpkin Ale. Just like the leaves, it’s gone after Thanksgiving.

12 oz 2015 bottle with a bottling date stamp of July 2015, served in a Belgian snifter. Copper body with excellent clarity but a weak head. Minimal lacing. More spicing in the flavor than I get in the aroma. Mouthfeel: medium carbonation and body. O: Pleasant aroma with less impressive flavor.

Orange-amber, flat appearance in the his pumpkin brew. Appealing lambent natural pumpkin aroma accompanied by a restrained amount of cinnamon and nutmeg that accentuate the bouquet. The body is of moderate amber malts and gives off some pumpkin notes again accompanied by proportionate doses of cinnamon, and perhaps allspice or nutmeg. A twinkle of vanilla and orange creamsicle develops over time in the aroma and flavor. Overall, a solid, fairly straightforward pumpkin ale.

9/26/2015: Honestly, there is nothing outstanding nor anything bad about this particular pumpkin beer. It is a good drinker with just enough roasted pumpkin and just enough pie spices coming through in a balanced way without being too mundane. Really smooth and tasty on tap and good enough for at least two pints worth! Draught at Anderson Township Pub.

Hazy , copper color. Medium-sized off-white head. Aroma of coriander , nutmeg and pumpkin. Spices in malty taste , not over-sweetened with slight bitterness in the end. Not bad.

Bottle. A hazy, dark golden beer topped by a small, white head. Spiced nose with some caramel. Cardamom, cinnamon and a generic spicyness. It’s medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with spices running the show in the flavor too. Caramel malts in the back, and a little bitterness making sure it’s not very sweet on the palate. Spiced finish. Not much interesting going on here, but at least it downs easily. 150624
