According to Linus there are 3 things never to discuss with people: religion, politics, and the Great Pumpkin. Our Pumpkin Ale, on the other hand, has made quite a buzz from New Hampshire down to Florida. Every season has its pleasures. Harvest your own with our Pumpkin Ale and reap all that Autumn has to offer. Brewed with pumpkins from only the most sincere patches, this seasonal brew is golden orange, crisp and delicious, with an innocent hint of cinnamon and nutmeg that articulates our favorite season. Gather with friends and family and enjoy the change of seasons while savoring a pint of Pumpkin Ale. Just like the leaves, its gone after Thanksgiving.

Good orange pour w/ a white head that leaves lacing. The aroma seems to be dominated by the nutmeg. The taste is pretty spicy upfront & then finishes rather clean. It has a really nice creamy mouthfeel which is probably the best thing going w/ this beer. Not bad overall!

Smells if nutmeg predominantly. Maybe some cinnamon as well. Slight roasted malt aroma. Enjoyable aroma. Taste is mostly nutmeg dominated pumpkin flavor. But doesn't seem fake. Good flavor. Watery on the palate though. Enjoyable pumpkin. Close to post road, maybe a bit better but not sure. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A good pumpkin ale. The pumpkin and spice are kept subtle and balanced. While many pumpkin ales overdo the flavor this one could have added a tad more.

Strong hints of pumpkin spice. Hold a nice little ahead momentarily But as for the pumpkin that is something I would say is not really there. The pumpkin seems to be diluted in taste not one of my favorite pumpkin beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 9, 2014 Tap: Copper & orange with some dark amber outlining the edges; moderate, beige head that reduces to a rim in no-time. Aroma is mild pumpkin spice, nutmeg, and perhaps a hint of cinnamon. Reminds you of a light Thanksgiving dessert. Taste is yeasty with lots of malt; pumpkin spice & lots of nutmeg that comes out more and more as the beer gets warmer. Perhaps a little back-end cinnamon, too. Crisp finish. A little "light", but still a nice combo of spices to make for an overall enjoyable holiday beer.
