Blue Point Brewing's Summer Ale has a delicious golden taste. In addition to traditional barley malt; a substantial portion of wheat malt is added to the mix giving this brew a unique tartness that's not found in many beers today. A small amount of lemon is added with one other "special" ingredient that all combine together to produce a light, thirst-quenching, citrus flavor microbrew enjoyed by all on a hot, Long Island Summer day.

It tastes like a light beer that a lemon pissed in. Sorry, I had to upload these old ratings. They were for me, not for uploading. And also I need 75 characters, hence this sentence. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 ounce bottle from Liberty Beer in Pittsburgh. Nice, clean and refreshing. Perfect for a summer day or evening.

Finhead (1783) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - AUG 29, 2017
Clear, golden pour with a thin, white head. The aroma has wheat and cereal. It has a light crisp body with lively carbonation. The taste is mildly bitter with a clean finish.

Fairly sweet beer. Really refershing in summer when chilled. Not overly fizzy. I’d drink again.

In a beer hawk mystery case. Golden colour , frothed on opening. Pours with a good head. Sweet liquid , not many hops. Not to my taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Expressionless, slightly strawy, pale malty aroma. Taste is minimally strawy pale malty, a touch of hay; monotonous, watery. Forgettable.
