I thought this beer smelled and tasted delicious, and this was with a stuffy nose. It was subtly fruity and a nice smooth blond tasting brew. Well done Long Island. ARMed (625) - Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 31, 2009
Enjoyed this on tap just outisde of the town of Beth Page, NY. This brew as very drinkable and flavorful. The beer was very quenching. An exceptional beer from Blue Point. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - AUG 29, 2002
Better than most summer ales. Aroma is of thier toasted lager- only subdued slightly. Color is very pale and crystal clear. Nice hoppy and malty balance. Quite bitter for most summer ales which usually skimp on the hoppiness. Very nice. dbingham (69) - - AUG 26, 2012
UPDATED: SEP 15, 2012 Malty wheat aroma, light, no roasty notes, light lemon. Pours a clear golden color. Frothy white head that quickly dissipates. Sweet/sour taste - citrus/lemon notes with the faintest amount of hop bitterness. Lively carbonation on the tongue. Sweet sour wheat & lemon finish. I’m not a huge BluePoint fan but I liked this beer more than I expected to. It is one of my favorite summer ales OnTheTrail (508) - Virginia, USA - MAY 22, 2015
Appearance - Pale yellow. Aroma -- fruity, apple, maybe cherry? Taste - malty, some sweetness in the aftertaste. Crisp bubbly mouthfeel.

Appearance: clear honey gold, one-finger white head, substantial lacing. Aroma: toasted wheat bread with honey butter, lemon zest and some spices. Taste: as the aroma indicates, with good grainy/bready notes, citrus, and a little hoppy spice. Finish: lingering sweet notes of wheat toast. Notes: Seemed like a great summer drinking session beer to me. I quite liked the flavors. Similar to (but with less citrus and hops than) the Great Lakes Oberon.

Bottle. I enjoyed one of these while working in my warehouse yesterday. It’s subtle malt flavor with nuances of lemon and grain. It went down easy and I thought I could handle a few more in the recent warm weather. bsm80 (144) - Massapequa Park, New York, USA - SEP 6, 2008
Nice light wheat beer, hints of lemon and citrus; simple, refreshing summer brew. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - AUG 31, 2009
Draught sample. Pours gold with a white head. Smells of sweet caramel malt, some light citrussy hints. Tastes of citrus, caramel, grassy, some perfumy hints on the finish.
