Tap at Blind Tiger. Pale golden pour with a tight white head. The aroma is loaded with really bright zesty/citrusy hops and a lovely yeast contribution. Lean bodied and quite fruity yet has a nice dry malt character. Fruity and fresh tasting. Really a lovely pint. A little bit of clove and maybe some smokier phenolic flavour as it warms up. Either way, it’s still tasty

Can. Hazy gold pour, white head, good retention/lace. Aroma of orange/lemon peel, wheat, citrus, spicy yeast. Taste is moderately bitter, grassy/citrus hop, spicy yeast, wheat malt. Palate is soft, creamy, bitter finish. More of a pale ale than an IPA. SSSteve (4006) - - NOV 30, 2012
growler. hazy light gold with a medium sized white head. melon, floral aroma. flavors of tropical fruit, green banana, floral hops, medium body. jaross (30) - - DEC 25, 2012
Fruity nose with grapefruit and tropics. Grapefruit hops follow through in taste after a light tropical plumb flavor. Not the hopiest but it is a white ipa. Bitter aftertaste remains.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass and a mug. There were no noticeable differences between the two glasses.
The appearance was a hazy golden yellow to slight orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute.
The smell had a nice blend of sweet citrus and a light piney to spiciness running underneath.
The taste was mainly sweet through the previously mentioned flavors.
On the palate, this one sat pretty light and came across pretty sessionable. The carbonation was actually felt in a slight sharp way but wasn’t anything off - putting.
Overall, good white IPA, though not fully it’s own style just yet, this would be a worthy one to be a forerunner. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 14, 2012
Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of malt, hops, tropical fruit, fruit, chamomile, and a hint of yeast. Poured yellow/gold with a medium-sized, creamy, dense, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Hazy. Not sparkling. Flavor is light to medium sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, flowers, hops, yeast, and fruit. Medium body. Oily, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Medium sweet, lightly bitter, hops, fruit, tropical fruit finish is lightly dry.
