On tap at MacGregor’s. It’s a golden pour with a avg. white head with some lacing. Mild hops aroma. Flavor was of some citurs hops with a good aftertaste of the White spices. Nice change from regular IPA’s. rocbyter (2134) - Waterbury, Connecticut, USA - SEP 8, 2012
Moderate citrus hop. Clear golden color with a small white head. Mild bitter flavor with a light palate. shonobiwan (219) - Sound Beach, New York, USA - OCT 17, 2012
Long Island, NY - 12 oz. can poured a hazy golden color with medium white head and slight lacing. I'm general skeptical about hybrid brews but Blue Point came through on this one. Aroma is hoppy but sweet like a wit. Taste is overwhelmingly hoppy but the wheat comes through. A good hybrid!

Bottle. Cloudy dark yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma of floral and citric hops, wheat, coriander, citrus peels and some yeasty fruitiness. Sweetish fruity flavor with some spiciness and a bitter finish with some floral hops. Medium-bodied. Pretty nice and refreshing. smith4498 (3650) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - JAN 4, 2013
12 oz can. Pours slightly hazy pale golden color with white head. Smells like a witbier with some citrus hops. Wheat and clove flavors with some dough and citrus hops. Medium body with moderate carbonation. I get what they’re going for but I’m not a fan, probably won’t get again.

On tap at Southwest Porch at Bryant Park NYC. Pours a hazy golden with a white head and aroma of wheat and hops. Taste is of wheat, hops, yeast, spices, be bananna with a spicy finish. Solid IPA, refreshing bartlebier (4080) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - SEP 16, 2013
12oz can bought at Mondial de la bière, Mulhouse. At first seemingly unusual and oxymoronic crossover between a yeast-dominated and a hop-dominated style, but it sort of works. Clove, pepper, koriander and orange zest from the wit, a fair hop perfume from the IPA hops. Light-bodied like a watery blanche, superficially hoppy like a decent APA. Still, the style, just like Black IPA, adds a surprising subcategoric dimension to its parent beer, yet remains the wussy albino among IPAs in the icebox... kgobetzbass (2) - - JUN 10, 2012 does not count
Pours beige with a think, foamy-white head, lasts a while. Fairly present on the nose, hints of yeast and some citrus/grapefruit. Clean beginning and very smooth, not all that much flavor despite the aroma. Finishes a little bitter but doesn’t linger. Overall I’m proud to be a Long Islander ;)
