330ml bottle. Clear and bright amber colour with an even layer of delicate white foam. Cereal grain aromas reminiscent of most pale lagers. Medium body with barely a ripple of bitterness. Light on the palate with not a lot to offer. NoiZe (2323) - Zeist, NETHERLANDS - JUN 28, 2009
Had this one during my holiday in Australia april/may 2009. Golden colored. Floral aroma. Crisp, carbonated flavor. Bad. User29624 (1683) - - FEB 1, 2009
Pours gold with white head. Good balance between the malt and the hops. Easy to drink, not pale lager is not the most exciting of beers. floydian1 (1470) - FNQ, Australia, - DEC 9, 2008
FNQ lager is one of 3 beers that are bottled for home consumption by the Blue Sky microbrewery at the moment. It is mainstream Australian style lager. It pours bright yellow with a dissipating white head. Nose of subtle floral hops with a hint of fresh sea air. Flavour is typical sweet malt with a mild lingering nasal bitterness to the finish. Medium-thin bodied. A refreshing and easily sessionable lager for the tropics.
