Draft at the source. Cloudy dark amber brown, tan head, solid lacing. Aroma of acetic summer fruit. Taste is very tart, with sour peach and apicot. Too acetic for my tastes.

Tap at brewery. Pours reddish copper color with white fluffy head. Aroma is vinegar, dried cherry, prunes, faint leather. Taste is dried cherries, vinegar, faint prune. Mouth puckering sour hits. I like it, but its definitely not for everyone. Love it or hate it beer.

This beer presents an impression of blue cheese in both the aroma and flavor, with a hint of red wine vinegar. No one in my group found it pleasant. It looks alright but the flavors are vile. That said, its pretty comparable to one of the brews in the Sam Adams Barrel Collection.

Aroma is a weird Bo type aroma mixed with something I cant place. Color us a brown with a light head. Taste is pretty generically sour. Not super funky, but pretty intense. Faint sweetness. Light body.

On tap at brewery- Aroma of Brett and tamarind notes. A hazy plum pour with a lasting thin white ring and abundant sticky lacing. The palate is Brett, red fruit sweetness followed by a wonderfully robust sour finish lingering long into the aftertaste. Light body and moderate carbonation. Overall, if you like sours you'll like this one.

On tap at the brewpub in San Antonio. Appearance: Pours brown with low clarity, but not quite hazy. The head leaves little lacing. Feel: Near medium body and medium carbonation. Flavor: Markedly tart. Puckering tartness. Some tamarind flavor at a well set level. High tartness for style. O: Bold and recommended. .. and this from someone who doesnt like tamarind or many sour beers.

Hazy amber. White hezd laces like a blanket. Holy cow the aroma is sour. The the flavor is all sour malt. This is the funkiest beer Ive tasted by a mile. I dont know whether to say its overdone or not. Way, way sour. My goodness.I think its turned to vinegar.

Location: Draft at the brewpub, 1/23/14

Aroma: The aroma is sweet and tart, sour fruit, oak, and some vinegar
Appearance: It pours an amber color with a mid-sized beige head and average lace
Flavor: The taste is much the same, sour and a little sweet, oak notes, and an odd finish
Palate: The body is medium, it has an alright feel, and an average carbonation
Overall Impression: Thought this one was a pretty decent, though slightly flawed sour. Certainly worth trying.
