3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Rated based on notes taken 18 May 2012 -- Showed up during San Antonio Craft beer week and earned a free pint glass. This was a pretty solid IPA. Nothing amazing in aroma but solid.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at brewery. Clear golden, no head. Biscuity grainy malt aroma with a twinge of floral hops. Smooth crisp flavor profile with crisp floral/citric hops balanced wonderfully by a dry biscuit/caramel base.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the brewpub.
The beer pours a golden color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of orange notes, as well as some biscuit malt. The flavor is a little more complex. I get a lot of biscuit malt, as well as some orange citrus and grass notes from the hops. There is a low amount of bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
