On tap: The aroma consists of moderate roasted malt, lighter chocolate, coffee, and nuts. It’s a dark brown with some faint orange highlights. It’s has a small khaki head that fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. There is some thick webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with light-moderate dark chocolate and roasted malt. The finish has light-moderate coffee, nuts, and a hint of burnt notes. It’s light-medium bodied with mild carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel. Jared_Clifton (127) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 24, 2015

At the brewery in Ann Arbor, this beer is a chocolaty Porter with decent flavor and a little barbeque sauce. It’s solid but nothing to write home about. Bghedtodd (30) - USA - JUL 1, 2013
On tap in ann arbor. Smooth and smoky. Sweet aroma, not hoppy. Definite hint of bbq sauce. Easy to drink with a burger, but can be a touch cloying. Unique, and worth a try on a warm day.
