Growler fill (draught) from Party Town in Florence, KY. Rating #23 for this beer.
23/02/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Ottimo corpo, consistenza densa, quasi cremosa, poco carbonata. Eccellente imperial stout. alexsdad06 (10482) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JUL 24, 2011
Growler shared by shigadeyo. Pours dark brown in color with a medium sized beige head. The aroma has dark cherry, roasted malts and mild bourbon. The flavor has roasted malt, dark chocolate, cherries, vanilla, and moderate bourbon. Everything works very well together. Super smooth and easy to drink for 11%. I would love to see this in bottles. anders37 (26699) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAR 27, 2011

Pours completely black with a small, staying, creamy, beige-brown head. Nice duration. Aroma has sweetness, chocolate, light liqourice, vanilla, marzipan and a good dose of coffee. Medium carbonation, great creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is mildly sweet, dry, chocolate, cocoa, coffee, mild cherry, light marzipan. Sweet, then zesty, then dry. Long, lingering, grainy finish with good bitterness. No trace of the 11 %. Really wonderful. The cherries gets far more apparent as it warms. A hint of smokiness also appears. Lovely.

Draught @ Brasserie 4:20, Via Portuense 82, Roma, Italy.
Clear dark black color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, coffee, light berries - cherry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, roasted, cherry, artificial cherry, chocolate. IMO the cherry was a bit to artificial in the flavor, but otherwise a very good imperial stout. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO it is a bit artificial for me special the cherries .. sorry ..
De barril. Pitch black colour, small but steady light brown creamy head. Aroma: pleasant roasted maltiness with chocolate and dark fruit, light cherry note. Good mouthfeel. Quite pleasant flavour: roasted malt, good chocolate, bit coffee, berries, dark fruit, light cherry notes. Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 22, 2010
On tap. Black and opaque with a dense and creamy brownish head with a fine retention. Hard roasted malt and a little Bourbon in the nose. Quite full-bodied, soft mouthfeel, hard roasted malt, a little fruity tartness and chocolate notes. Very soft finish with a very subdued bitterness. Delicious indeed. 181210
