UPDATED: FEB 23, 2015 Bottle: Thanks, Jeff. Semi-clear golden body with a slightly off-white head that fades quickly to a bubbly collar. Aroma of some sweaty peach funk, rotten earth, tart lemon, vinegar, sulfur, & some moderate acetone or nail polish remover smells... Kind of solventy. Strange bitterness in the flavor, too. Peach, rotten driftwood (?), strong tannic astringency. Kind of botanical & overly floral in the finish, a little metallic. Mild notes of citric acid, peach, lemon. Some more solvent flavor that lingers. Sharp mouth feel, dry. Not a very good beer, too many off flavors & kind of all over the place.

Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate apricot, light band aid, and metal. It pours a slightly haze golden-orange with a small white head that quickly fades to a very fine ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with quick dose of citrus and a touch of lemon. The finish has moderate band aid with a touch of metal. It’s light bodied with moderate-lively carbonation. Overall, something went wrong here.

Bottle thanks to Josh. Pours a clear pale orange with a white head that dissipates completely and quickly. Aroma has a note of both sweet and tart peach with a wet dog funk that is quite musty. Flavor starts with sweet peach that lasts throughout but is joined by a bit of tartness and a wet dog funk.

Bottle. Pours orange. White head. Nose/taste of lightly tart peach pits, very fresh peach, oak and light wild yeast. Taste is mostly fresh peach pit with light tartness. Great as a fruit beer, less so as a lambic. Medium body.

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of KimJohansen. An almost clear golden beer with a small, off-white head. Barnyard, some citrus and a good dash of peaches in the aroma, a hint of rubber in the far back. Dry and puckering in the mouth, medium body fullness. The flavor has barnyardish, lemony brett and lacto flavors with the peaches quite evident, especially in the end. A pleasant one, managing to bring forward the peaches in a nice way. 100814

Nice peachy funky nose, a little cheesy, toich of vinegar, but pleasant peach. Hazy golden orange, head is sodft, lace is decent. Flavor is peachy, somewhat funky, sour, a little vinegar, more peachy notes linger. Good, but all aspects of the beer didn’t seem to come together fully. Not bad however.

750ml foiled, capped and corked. Pours a hazed orangish golden with ample foamy white head and good amount lacing. Tart lemon, peach, dry oak, some ’off’ funky aged cheese notes as well. Really taste like an underdeveloped lambic. Tastes somewhat dry and funky and it also tastes like a fruit beer that is either past or never really came together. This doesn’t have huge flaws in terms of taste, but I have no idea where this went wrong. It is like it needs more time, but that is purely in a sense of how it tastes in terms of complexity.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Sweet peach aroma with funk and a floral note. Bone dry and tart funky flavour with grapefruit peel, peach and wood in the mix.

750 ml bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a hazy orange amber color with no head at all. The aroma is tart, bordering on peach vinegar. The flavor opens with some peach fruitiness that quickly becomes intensely tart and chemical in nature. This further changes into a peach plastic mess. The finish is more nutty and pithy. This, like the other BBC lambics, was not very good. There are things they do well and in the future, I hope they stick to them.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours unclear orange with a creamy off white head. Tart nose and flavor. Acetone and fruit. Some peach. Dry and crisp. Quite good.
