Bottle from Beverages4Less in Santee, CA. Pours hazy orange gold with a slight transient near-white head. Aroma is sort of fruity, suggestive of lightly earthy. Med body. Flavor is herby/spicy but not very farmyard. It has a certain tang, seemingly related to citrus. Quaffable. Tmoney99 (14625) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 13, 2011

Served on draft at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized creamy head. Good head retention and lacing. Citrusy aroma with bready malts and a faint bit of cinnamon and clove. The taste is pale bready malts, citrus, plum, other fruity notes and a peppery hop finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer. deyholla (11759) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - NOV 4, 2011
Bottle thanks to Kyle! Pours a near clear (some sediment) orangish gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma is full of floral notes with a bit of light fruit and backing saison yeast and light grains. Flavor is similar with light fruits and flora with backing sweet grains. Not complex but drinkable. shrubber85 (11460) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 17, 2011

12 oz bottle from Party Source from notes. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have pale malts, grass, citrus, some peppery spice, light funk, seems old. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 16, 2013
12oz bottle, from Party Source. On close-out for $1.45. Didn’t realize it was bottled May 2012 when I bought it. Half hazy orange color. Some dark sediment pieces in the body. Big white head, that soon fades to a reasonable amount. Leaves some loose lace. Stronger, smooth carbonation. Medium body. More dry texture. Some orange rind, light pepper in the flavor. Little dusty. Some light spiciness. Light bitter, little sweet. As it is, just an OK saison. Not too bad to wash a sandwich down with. Bottle 6-11...pours a hazy orange, fizzy, very little head.
Scent is candied orange, Flavour is acidic citrus, tart to the point of sour, maybe a little pear...hard to tell with the overly candied stickiness. A little pepper shows up, Overall, not good, just some wierd combination of sugary, tangy and...well...Bleh. Suttree (6430) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUN 11, 2011
I know we’re not supposed to rate to style here, and I’m cool with that. But when I see the word "saison" on a beer label, it raises certain...expectations. If this were called an amber, for example, I would’ve considered it a pleasant surprise, and possibly scored it higher. But as a saison...not so much. The is some of the spiciness I was looking for, but none of the funkiness. As I drank more, I did enjoy it,
