750ml bottle 9.7%. Opaque thick brown body. Impressively lasting thick rusty beige head. Sweet, thick, viscous. Comes across like a rich Dubbel, but maybe a more deep fruity tones like a Trappist....but the more it warms the more it starts getting like a pumpkin beer, or more of a spice bomb at least. It has a nice doughy mouthfeel, incorporates the yeast well. More in line with true Belgian beers in it’s pleasant mouthfeel and unique flavors. Solid beer overall. jtclockwork (17264) - , New Jersey, USA - MAR 1, 2015

Hmm a sort of odd beast. At the brewery. Pours a dark chocolate color with a medium tan head. The aroma is light smoke, some banana and roast. The flavor is cocoa, vanilla, a bit of smoke, big spices, root beer...hmmm the power of suggestion. Good. Drake (14078) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 30, 2014
