Bottle.Dedicated to the old horns dance at Abbotts Bromley in Staffordshire rather than the cruder images that spring to mind.A brownishg bitter with a very delicious bitterness. Some citrus is also present. An alround cracking bitter.

haddonsman (1234) - Derby, Derbyshire, ENGLAND - MAR 21, 2006
Cask (gravity) at the Brunswick festival, 2005. Lip smacking stuff, shiny brown body, fruity nose, juicy bitter flavour. One of the standouts at the festival.

When io tried this i was took back by the quality the taste was out of this world. A real ale for real people.

maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - DEC 17, 2004
Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel Northampton. A copper coloured beer with a good hoppy nose with grapefruit aromas. The taste is also on the hoppy side with sharp lemony tastes. Nice stuff.

2.9
Gazza (726) - Worcester, Worcestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 29, 2004
Bitter beer, fruity and quite sociable to drink despite the ABV - maybe a little too easy! (Cask in Out of the Vaults, Leicester)
