Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. Decent lager aroma. Surprisingly good I thought. Yep lemon. Some hop, some bitterness. I rather liked it. solid. character. Decent pilsner. drinkability.

Nekronos (4248) - Xalapa, MEXICO - JAN 2, 2017
Quite normal and enjoyable. Thick and with big foam. Not totally perfected but it looks like will get better.

Yellow gold pour plenty of foam. Aroma uncooked bread, slight lemon. Tastes oatmeal, old bread. Slight tartness. Ok. A bit too watery and tart for style, but quite drinkable and a great change from Mexican macro.

355ml bottle. This is a good lager, I don’t know if it is a pils, it is crisp and drinkable with a touch of noble hops.

teorn88 (8066) - Rimini, ITALY - JAN 14, 2016
It pours a clean pale golden color with a small white head. Aroma is starch, grains, dry grass and light soap. Taste has light aroma hops of grapefruit and dried leaves, more dry grass and bread dough. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, nice pils

(Rating #6599)

My Bottom Line:
Crisp cereals thrive in this Pilsener’s cushy mouthfeel, leading to light herbal hops and definite refreshment.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam surfs the hazy golden.
-This brew is just asking for fresh tortillas. A good feeling, that’s for sure.
-The mouthfeel is refined, a rare find in the artisanal Mexican brewing scene.
-Drinkability is sky high.
