Pours cloudy deep brown with low light tan head. Aroma of malt, lightly roasted, and German sausage. Taste is sweet and malty with brown sugar, bready finish. Body is a bit too light and slightly sticky with average to lively carbonation.

Okay beige head, molasses coloured body with heavy carbonation. 330ml can, stan, from the Man, also known as the Supermarket. Aroma of sewer water and carbonated caramel. Flavour is a weak and sweet caramel with nothing else behind it. Watery finish. In the immortal words of Homer Simpson, "boooooring!".

On tap at Cerverceria in the Barcelona airport served in a 30cl glass chalice. Clear medium brown with small off-white head. Aroma is dark malt, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is nice dark malt. I prefer this quite a bit more then Voll Damm.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2016 Can from ShivanDragon. Thanks! Quite clean and balanced beer. Clear dark ruby-brown colour. Subtle spicy german-like hoppiness, moderate maltiness, light caramel, toasty. Surprisingly easy drinking and moreish. Devoid of off elements. Far better than anythin I would expect from Damm.

Panzerfaust (838) - Hanga Roa, Easter Island, CHILE - MAY 3, 2016
330 ml bottle from Jumbo Costanera Center Pours a reddish brown color with a beige head that diminishes quickly and leaves a small lacing. Aroma is a bit strange with strong cardboard touches. Notes of grains, caramel, prunes, herring, toasted bread. Some melanoidins but not strong enough. The fish-herring hints are a throwback. Taste is mildly toasted, sweet but thankfully not cloying. Low intensity. Sugary flavors, bready and toasted traces appear and disappear quickly. Not so bad. Mouthfeel is sadly thin, weak. Small body, low to medium carbonation. Short aftertaste. An insufficient, flawed, dark lager.
