Pours dark ruby red, with a biege thin head. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, spices. Taste of roast malts, caramel, sweet, a hint of chocolate, light roast malts bitterness. Light bitter finish

Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into mug. Appearance: Black colour with reddish reflection, small short-lived brownish head. Aroma: Gentle aroma of malt, chocolate, metallic. Palate: Light body, light carbonation. Taste: Roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, sweet. Overall impression: Ok, good, drinkable but nothing memorable; reminds of evaporated coke.

De geur is een beetje zoet. Zwarte kleur. De smaak valt nog goed mee, niet te zwaar, beetje zoet

Bottle, 0.25l. Really? WTF? Clear deep ruby pour with huge frothy beige head, courtesy of violent pour. I had an impressive excess room in my 0.33l glass so I could go wild with the pour. Fuck yeah! Anyways, retention was pretty good and so was the lacing. Nose quite unimpressive and bland. Malty and grainy, very toned down and faint. Thin to medium body with incredibly low carbonation - almost flat. Not sure if it was intended but it doesn't quite work well. Taste is mild and tamed, bittersweet and slightly roasty. Aroma follows suit - uninspiring, bland and generic. Also quite watery. Roasted malts, grains, some caramel. Metallic acidity in the finish. Slightly drying. Lingering bitterness throughout the finish, slightly unpleasant. Overall, poor effort. Mediocre beer with a misleading name packed into a tiny, fancy looking bottle. Gives of this "premium" aura, when in fact, it's actually crap.

Can. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Some caramellic notes. Oily palate.
