Bottled. Very deep ruby red colour with small beigeish brown head. Aroma is big time sour fruits along with some freshly cut wood and some hints of mild sour cherries. Flavour is not as sour, and also the fruity notes are weaker than the wooden ones. Not much aftertaste at all. This could be one of the flemish sours that’s mild enough to get people to "get" the style. I prefer the ones which are more sour and dry in flavour than this one though. omhper (25119) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUN 22, 2008
Bottled. Brownish ruby, creamy pale beige head. Vinegary cranberry aroma. Feels tart despite it’smalt sweetness. Buttery with rounded mouthfeel, refreshing acidity. Well balanced, but rather one-dimensional. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 18, 2008

Warning! Early amateur rating! Very nice brown beer. Duchesse Du Bourgogne sytle of sourness - but the sourness is less accentuated here. Lip smacklingly drinkable. Great stuff!
Draft, tasted side by side with Petrus Oud Bruin and Kelso Flemish Red. This had a sweet and sour balance that sort of overwhelmed the sour core of the beer with residual sugars.
