Bottle. Very little head formed and what did disappeared very quickly. Smells like a flanders should smell. Taste is very sour, big time pucker on this tart beer. Some berries on the flavor. Good beer, great example of the style. CapFlu (5127) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 15, 2013
Frothy white head with a red body. Sour cherries, grape skins and wet earthy aroma. Tart, red velvet chocolate, licorice. Very tasty and quaffable. I would highly recommend this Flemish Sour. neuromatt (1225) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 13, 2013
33 cL bottle from the LCBO, served in a stem glass. Pours clear copper-brown with a moderate tan head that fades to a thin cover and leaves a moderate amount of lace. On the nose there are notes of cherry, sour fruit, toasted malts and a touch of cocoa. The flavour is moderately sweet and tart at the same time, becoming more tart towards the end. Oak barrels come through, along with further sour notes of apple and perhaps peach. The finish is long, sour and fruity with a touch of malt. On the palate it is medium in body with a smooth, watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall, this is a decent sour red ale with nice cherry and apple notes. Well brewed and refreshing, though the tartness does begin to dominate after a while. 2013-06-12 daveddec (24) - - DEC 9, 2013
Dark brown appearance; some head, but dissipates immediately. Smells sour. The tastes of cherry and plum are most prominent, with a particular focus on the sourness of both fruits. Some sweetness, but more subtle than the lingering tartness. Beerdrinker79 (2188) - Idaho, USA - DEC 7, 2013
11.2 oz bottle- Pours autumn amber to ruby red with a crackly white head that reduces immediately leaving almost nothing. The aroma is tart cherries and plums, a fair amount of funk, graham crackers. The taste is much more tart than I was expecting, mouth puckering, cherry, plums, wood, I wouldn’t have gotten the cocoa if not for the description above, but maybe subtle dry cocoa powder. Body is medium and carbonation is medium high. Nice beer.

Bottle. Pours brownish-burgundy. Nose is tart cherry, rhubarb, red wine vinegar. Flavour is more of the same with woody, vinous, prickly. Finish is relatively dry but the sourness lingers longer than Rodenbach Grand Cru (my favourite). An intense sour, my friend hated it but what does she know I’ve never once seen her drink vinaigrette from the bottle. Staffan47 (909) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - NOV 26, 2013

SUUURT!!!!! Ättika och ciron. Balsamico och lite kola. Brutalt sur. Skrynklar ihop hela nyllet på ren reflex. Man kan skada sig.
