Tap at Papago. Hazy yellow pour with nearly no head. Light aroma of yeast, fruit and caramel. Flavor is basically the same, just very light. Not too much happening here.

Pretty cloudy orange to beige beer, no head, some white chunks floating on top of the beer though. Aroma: very funky, sweet, bit musty and a little dirty. MF: still very thick and chewy texture. As they put the wort in the barrels here and not an already fermented beer like at Rodenbach, so re-fermentation is a very slow process here. Taste: a slight acidity, mainly funky and a sweet grainy touch, since it’s still fermenting.
On tap at Hay Merchant part of the blending flight. Pours a hazy yellow with no head. The aroma is a faint yeast and fruit. Thin mouthfeel with a light tart flavor and wheat. Not much going on with this one. rougeau13 (3156) - Richmond, Texas, USA - APR 25, 2012

on tap at papago 2/28/11. six month old lambic....cool. except it doesn’t taste very good.
hazy pour. looks like dehydrated urine.
smells and tastes like pils, yeast and outside... pretty much nothing.
thin body. the texture has a bit of grittiness. 4/4/4/3/13

On tap at Papago last week in tulip from memory because I lost my f’ing notes. Just tapped. Hazy opaque golden with dense tall white head. Mildly sweet tart lemon apricot floral aroma. Mildly tart apricot pineapple subtle sweetness with very nicely dry snappy yeasty floral finish. Very nice tight carbonation. I thought this was delicious. [~6 mos old] Hazy golden color with no head or lacing. Aroma of wort, bread, toffee, and wood. Taste was sweeter, wort like, citrus, wood, vanilla, and no sourness at all yet.
