Lovely beer. Golden with big foamy head that has good retention. Fruits and some hoppy floral notes in the nose. Malts are noticeable as well and some banana sweetness coming from the yeast. First impression: wow! Take a sip. Strong alcohol gives this beer a bite. Some sour lemon taste. Spices, belgian yeast, malts and hoppy bitterness. Fruity alcoholic dry finish, leaving you to want more. This beer is a trip. Very skillfully brewed. Dare I say it? Better than a Duvel?

It pours perfectly with a good head which lasts. The aroma is pleasant and it is well made. To be honest, I did not like the flavor here, could taste the alcohol, I think it was from the sugar used for the 2nd fermentation in the bottle.

Helder goudgeel bier met witte schuimkraag. Melig, hoog in co2. Zoet, medium bitter. Aroma van gist, mout, peper, alcohol en suiker. Mwah.

Bottle at Cafe Central with commonshawn, samadouche, rosskyle, and dubtully. Traditional blond ale glass...large tulip variety. Light golden and crisp appearance. Nice half finger white head. Nose is spicy and kind of rye bready or toasted malts in a way. Taste is almost leaning towards a saison which was unexpected. Spicy and yeasty...this feels like an enhanced Belgian blond effort which is exactly what I was looking for. Drinkable and refreshing. Nothing all too unique but a pleasant surprise in general.

Flasche am Flughafen in Brssel. Gold, gelb, klar. Leicht suerliches Aroma, Zitrus. Antrank ist voll und sprudelnd. Geschmack: Etwas Zitrus, leicht Hefe, leicht Getreide. Nicht unangenehm aber wenig Geschmack, wird herber. Sehr viel Kohlensure.

Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is yeast abd pepper. Medium mouthfeel with dry yeast and clove with a sweet finish.

Im drinking this right now and its a good one its not getting too much credit on this site which seems unwise. Nose-wise, plenty to speak of. Heavy on the Peterlee oranges and beer bottle sweets. Its a strong Belgian beer but you could have a pint of this I think. Sat in a crappy bar, December afternoon, pint of this, Newcastle score, theyll go on to win the match. I love this kind of thing.

Bottle. Got the looks, smell and taste of a Belgian strong pale ale. Nice head with beautiful lacing. Aroma is not that distinctive. Some toasted malts, some hops, and straw. Taste is a little bit spicy, grassy, yeasty and fruity (apples). Medium carbonation. Decent but not outstanding.

330 ml bottle from Wanstead Tap. Pours hazy golden, with a white, lasting head. Lacing present. Aroma is grain, hay and a hint of marzipan. Taste starts sweet, finish is bitter, alcohol is well hidden. Medium-bodied, lingering taste, low to medium carbonation. Good beer.

Kolor jasno złoty, klarowny. Piana tworzy sporych rozmiarw białą koronę, zbitą w konsystencji kremową, nieprzeciętnie długotrwałą. Aromat świeży, chmielowy, z nutami przypraw, pieprzowy, w tle odrobina akcentw drożdżowych. Jest dość wytrawny W smaku ponownie wytrawność, delikatna pieprzowa ostrość, nuty ziołowe i delikatnie drożdżowe. Alkohol idealnie ukryty, pozwala cieszyć się smakiem piwa. Wysycenie wysokie w kierunku do średniego, jak najbardziej odpowiednie.
