UPDATED: NOV 18, 2017 Brun. Sødlig og krydret aroma. Karamel og malt. Smagen er sød og med mere krop end hos en almindelig dubbel. Lækker sag.

Mad_Ferret (1025) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 18, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 19, 2017 Bottle. Clear dark brown with a big thick head that lace the glass. Sweet malty spicy aroma with brown sugar, vague hints of cinnamon and cardamom, belgo yeast, raisins and bread. Sweet taste with syrup, knäck, bread and spice, licorice, some alcohol. Bigger body, moussy carbonation, oily texture. Quite good, a bit sweet, reminds a bit of Kaizer Blau (?).

This beer is a one trick pony. The only thing that comes trough is the sweet taste of caramel malt.

Very dark red with white head. Aroma a bit sweet, with raisins and dates. Taste goes the same way and sweetness increases towards caramel and chocolate. Slight bitterness at the end.

2.8
SamTheBarrel (834) - Vallentuna, SWEDEN - NOV 5, 2017
330ml brown bottle poured into a Tulip glass. Appearance is clear mahogany with a light-brown medium sized frothy head, that settled slowly, leaving behind some lacing on the glass. Aroma of pears, banana, muscovado, spices, raising, wet grass and a hint of lemon zest. Taste is heavy sweet and light bitter. Palate is full bodied, syrupy texture and average carbonation. Overall decent, the flavour profile is good but the beer is way too sweet.
