Relaxing beer with a long lasting head. Very drinkable but not overly remarkable. I found it to be a bit thin, quite smooth and lacking in the expected bitter.

Clear copper, moderate off-white head. Caramel and massive esters on nose. Sweet malts and light grassy bitterness tasting. No proper flavour composition. Esters again

DATE: March 5, 2017... OCCASION: first Sunday feast during the season of Lent... GLASSWARE: Hop Devil nonick... quite a spectacle straight from the can, with a cascading effervescence that roils up the glass that piles a thick, steady snow pack of white... body is honey amber, with the slightest traces of bubbles around... soft buttery notes begin the aroma... some malty traces, but tough to notice more... a dank, bar rag aroma lingers, which doesnt endear it... sips a creamy, understated body--almost light-bodied--that lingers on the teeth moderately... a thin maltiness finishes... some citrus hints--lemon grass, mostly--with apple, butter, and basement... maybe a bit better than the sum of its parts, as it encourages the next sip as a "pub" ale should, with mild bitterness and crushability, but not among the pub ales I would suggest or serve to others....

Mindwarp (258) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 24, 2017
Pours gold with a small white head. Aroma is mostly pear which is a nice change. The taste is of pear and banana but unfortunately there isnt much taste and is pretty watery. Overall this is a disappointing ale, it has potential but it is lacking in substance. It doesnt taste bad it just doesnt taste.

Luneylane (119) - Taipei City, TAIWAN - FEB 22, 2017
Widely available around town, including draught in some establishments. This, a can, drunk at home. Aroma: nothing there. Appearance: clear amber, nice creamy head. Palate: light-bodied, thin, average carbonation, abrupt finish. A hint of something sweet at the end, pear drops. Taste: lightly sweet. This is watery and unmemorable, probably better on tap, preferably with food.

Canned at Tin Can. One of the worst beers Ive ever had. Thin mouthfeel that rides on the roof of the mouth. No real malt character.
