Ótima Tripel belga do HNB.

Astringeva media. Countbeer (6591) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - NOV 29, 2012
Gusher! Big, vast and really slow disappearing creamy off white head on top of a hazy yellow orange colored beer.
Smell is really nice, there is the typical yeasty fruit tones (apricot, peach), but also some wilder yeasty tones like cellar, wet stone and something light dusty wood ish. There is some rubber and caramel. Very good smell. Crispy, fruity and wild!
Taste is soft and smooth, creamy yet with a growing bitterness. This seems to be such a small find, a pearl, a delicious secret, you once in a while find somewhere. There is lovely smooth fruit tones (apricot, pear, peach, apple), hops, bitters, floral tones, herbs, hint of citrus and light grainy spice, creamy malts, wood, yeast/wild yeast, bacteria, flowery bouquet, some dust, cellar and a hint or sprinkle of something like stone or chalk.
Aftertaste is smooth but more than medium bitter, flowery, yeast and cellar and some hints of dusty chalk, malty wood and floral herbs.
Low carbo, soft, creamy and light spicy mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a light creamy texture.
What a surprise, what a beer, what a balance. Very good!
