Bottles, thx to BB mechelen. Taste with friends last saturday 04.08.2012 @ WBF tasting. Hazy yellowgolden color, with white head. Aroma strange, malts, some artificil, fruits. Medium body. Taste fruits, some wheat touch, spices, little bitterness.

Bottle 33cl bought at Dranken Marlou in Zonhoven. Pours light hazy golden color with a big white head leaving a nice lacing on the glass. Nose: apple, malt, hop, wheat, grassy. Taste: medium carbonation. Slightly sweet (apple) and malt. Slightly metallic bitter, some notes of grass, and hops, little soapy and also some zeste of an orange. Sometimes the texture feels watery. Slightly alcoholic warmth.

33cl bottle courtesy of truffle-nosed tderoeck, merci! Charming homemade hobbyclub label. Pours a cloudy, mid-unctuous wheat yellow, a first reference to "naturtrüber" apple juice. Sweet, but lightish fruity nose, somewhat like a heavier Weizen: ripe peach, apple, dull citrus. Taste follows aroma with a remarkable appearance of round almond malts over the added apple juice. Palate remains pleasantly unsticky. Overall fair but dull blend of Belgian blonde ale, wheat and juice.

5/II/14 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: VI/2015 (2014-172) Thanks to Bram Van Braeckeveldt for the bottle!

Little hazy pale straw yellow to light beige beer, big creamy to fluffy irregular white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit sweet, fruity, some banana, yeasty esters, sugary, bit dusty. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet and sugary start, citrus, soft bitterness, bit grassy, some alcohol. Aftertaste: citrus, little sour, grassy hops, hint of banana, little sugary. Luckily not too much traces of the apple juice.

33cl, as Boembeke Luiwerk Blond, new exclusive brew Anno 2012, with apples, thx to tderoeck!, complex spicy fruit brew, malty/spicy and slightly fruity/bitter, yet balanced, cloudy, rocky head, simple brew

Thick and dense white head over fully clouded yellow beer. Leafy, grassy and slighlty perfumed nose, faintly fruity in the end. Wheat, citruspeel, spicy. As to apple... possible, but I’m not getting it. Slick (wheat?); light to medium bodied. With all due respect, BO-ORING.
