Similar to the Boerken, but a little more gentle and less outspoken. Beautiful foam head that returns while swirling. Apricots, banana, grapefruit, hint of lemon zest. More bitterness than the Boerken. Slight floral notes. Slightly drier than Boerken too.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit, flowers and malt, wit notes of yeast. Sweetish, fruity flavour with malty notes and mild floral touches, cimplemented by bitter notes of hops and hints of Belgian yeast. Bitterish and estery aftertaste with sweetish notes of malt. Well-hidden ABV. A very decent Abbey Tripel.

A beautiful bottle but no details about the hops, malts or drink temperature. A amber cloudly beer with a full body, short white head, carbonation flat, light sweet and light bitter with a taste of orange (I have a 0.33l bottle with best-before date 18.08.2016)
