On draught at Café Hollander in Madison, WI, three times, most recently in early July 2016. Served in the proper glass as are all beers at this bar (nice!) Listed at 4.5% alcohol, but I’d have to assume this is the correct beer pending being able to get more info from the bar. At any rate, what I had tasted much more like a real pils, so I suppose it’s also possible this is some different export version or something - or that I’m just easy:). Anyway, it pours a light gold with a pretty decent fluffy head that fizzles away slowly...bready, biscuity aroma, a touch of herbal (thyme) character, pretty inviting...on the tongue it’s mostly moderately sweet biscuity malt, drying out to a reasonably snappy grassy finish...one of the pints I had showed a touch of buttery (diacetyl) unpleasantness on the nose, but it wasn’t hugely problematic, and the other two were just fine. To my taste this comes off as a pretty solid pils, and I’m glad to see it on the bar’s otherwise almost entirely Belgian-style menu.

The beer has a simple look. The color of the beer is a rather dark golden yellow. The beer is quite clear. Some lovely bubles are rising towards the top. On top of the beer there is a nice layer of rough white foam. It collapses quickly, to leave a minimal drape. The beer smells nice. There is a good sweet malty aroma. There is a rather mild hoppy bitterness in the smell. The taste has a strong hoppy bitterness. The malt flavor is less than the smell. This little contrast is nice. All in all, a great but simple lager beer.

Licht geel, helder, witte schuimkraag. Aroma: Lichte pils mouten, heel licht citrus. Smaak: Licht moutig/ graan, licht bitter en zacht. Iets waterig, lichte body.....een dorstlesser.

Served straight from the aluminium bottle. A pale yellow coloured beer, just a metallic hop aroma. Dry mouthfeel. The taste is typical Euro fizz, metallic hop and syrupy malt. Bottle at Camping Porte des Vosges, Bulgnéville, France. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can 50cl. Poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear pale to medium golden, average frothy white head, mostly diminishing, good lacing; aroma malts, grain, hay; taste medium sweet and bitter, grainy, light grass; sweetbitter aftertaste, cardboard; light to medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation; acceptable.

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2016 500ml mug glass from tap. Enjoyed at the Luxembourg Airport. Pours a Lager clear golden yellow color forming a medium head with low retention and some lacings. Crispy nose. Notes of sweet grains and grassy hops. Taste follows the nose. Slightly sweet upfront. In overall a dry and crispy taste. Low to medium bitterness. Grassy hops profile. Light body. Medium carbonation. Malty crispy aftertaste. Medium drinkability. Standard mass production Lager beer. (BA review at 02/18/2014)

0.5 l can shared with my dad. Pale golden color, no head. No outstanding aroma nor taste. I doesnt have any flaws apart from having any characteristics which could make it bad. Watery, thin,

imdownthepub (15513) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 10, 2016
Bottled, 330ml from a Supermarket in Diekirch, Luxembourg. Pale gold with white head. Quite a thinnish but relatively crisp lager, malty, cereal notes with a backing lime / lemon hint. Nothing overly special about it but solid enough.

BlackBeerPG (981) - Darien, Illinois, USA - JUN 7, 2016
Taste: is rather fresh crisp, clean, wheat like and almost cider fruit notes. Fresh nose. Pale gold and mostly clear with a delicate lace to head. Medium lite body. Paired well with the seafood.
