A very special beer. It’s hopped in a way I haven’t tasted before, hard to describe, heavy, not grass, but something like grass. Try it.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2006 [Bøgedal nr. 31] An unclear orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with fruity notes primarily oranges, but also something like barnyard. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and barnyard. The alcohol makes its presence known with a slight burn. A very plain beer.

Jeppe (2631) - Brooklyn, Alabama, USA - JAN 13, 2006
Pours unclear orange and a small white head. Mild fruity aroma dominated by orange with a sweet candied touch. Sweet and fruity in the flavor with a rancid hayish tone in the background. Not too bad and definately one of the better from Bøgedal, but gets a bit cloying in the long run.
