#47 at Bøgedal Bryghus. Small white head, red hazy body. Well balanced flavor and a thick creamy texture. Aroma of wine cellar and lots of malt. stobbe74 (3789) - DENMARK - JUN 2, 2009
Sampled at DØE Beerfestival 2007, Valby. Sampled as no. 88. Pours a hazy amber/orange beer with a big offwhite head. The aroma is caramel, hops, spices. The flavor follows the nose with sweetness. The palate is hoppy with some caramelnotes. Overall an average beer. Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 4, 2007
Dark reddish cola pour. A generous off-white head slowly descends to a 1cm cover. Rather roasty nature where dark malts are amped up by rich and vigorous carbonation which surprisingly supports the spiciness and makes it easier, less sticky. Possible cinnamon notes, licorice as well, just small touches appearing by peaks and changing from sip to sip. Obviously feeling quite complex. Medium bodied, heavy carbonation, but diplomatic smoothness. Excellent sweetness restriction. Finishes spicy, woody, but rather dry and short. Beer5000 (6433) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 1, 2007

Københavnske Øldage 07. Bottle. Comes as 88. It’s an incredibly nice copper-red color and the aroma is smooth and fruity with notes of melon and citrus. The flavour initially is very "dark" with light sweetness, caramel and dark fruit. But then suddenly I find light fruits too. It’s an interesting combination and a nice malt-profile, and a well balanced and smooth brew. 2223 MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 1, 2007

Bottle @ Bøgedal [as #88]. Pours a pretty deep red with a small off white head. Sweet aroma with caramel as its base. A dry mouthfeel. Flavour is slightly medicinal with caramel, weak oranges and yeast. Nothing to celebrate - quite ordinary actually.
