Ungstrup (38249) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2007
Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a light orange head. The aroma is sweet with a slight acidic edge. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of acidity and mold, leading to a dry bitter end.

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2007
(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a hazy, amber golden with an off-white head. Fusty aroma - wauw, this really, really has cork. Full-bodied with some caramel - and then completely dominated by the fusty accents. The finish is rather bitter. Sad - I believe this could’ve been a decent beer. 290407

Bottle. Hazy orange colour with a off-white head. Cork, earth, rubber aroma and taste. Medium body.

madsberg (11776) - Søborg, DENMARK - MAY 2, 2007
Bottled. Orange coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Sweet and light caramel notes mingles with the distinct mould and fusty notes. Flavour as well is quite fusty and wet. Has some vague herbal notes. I light bodied. Is quite boring and hasn’t really been able to live thru winter. Bit of a shame.

Grovlam (4252) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 2, 2007
Bottle. Average fizzy off-white head that mostly diminished. Good lacing. Light cloudy golden color. Unfortunately I expect this was crocked with heavy notes of mould. Some notes of malt and hops. Medium bodied with what appears to be sweet flavor. Somewhat sweet finish, but deficult to tell as the mould was also felt in the finish.

beermouth (435) - Langeskov, DENMARK - AUG 18, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 19, 2006 Tasted at Det Skæve Hjørne...a classic pearl.. Hint’s of spice and hops.. Got a really good freshness...

dornoy (701) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 10, 2006
Not a bad beerm but not an exceptionql experience either; Hoppy, bitter, and altogether worth drinking, but too expensive for the quality really, from a brewery that keeps bringing new types all the time.
