Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011 from tap: Pours a dark dark ruby/brown body with a small sidesticking tanned head. Quite nice aroma that is mainly dominated by licorice and dark malts, but there is also some hints of caramel and some peppery-herbs. Medium-bodied, has a slick to sticky mouthfeeling and is softly carbonated. Tastes mild licorice with some dark fruits and hints of chocolate malts perhaps? Absolutely a nice beer from Bøgedal. thewolf (12631) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUN 7, 2011

Bottle, bought @ Havnens Vin og Tobak, Vejle.
Pours deep, impenetrably brown with a medium creamy light brown head. Fizzes slowly away. Aroma is musky, sweet chocolate, yeast. Light mouthfeel. Flavour begins mild, then turns towards bitter coffee, light hoppy notes and a good dose of dark/sweet chocolate. Wonderful, long aftertaste with a slight tartness from the coffee. Really nice, but the 120 was more impressive.
