Danish: Lys, Perle, Centenniel.
Also comes as Bøgedal No. 156.

bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard As bøgedal 194, 7% alc. on the label (not 5.7 as 0131) ingredients seem to match the 0131 label. Best before apr 17 2011, tasted apr 18,2011. Clear yellow, white fluffy head. herbal, flowery, hay aroma, still quite nice. Country like aroma, a little bit like biere de garde, mut more dry and champaigne like. flavor is mouldy, cellary, the mouldy and cellary notes overwhelm the rest of the flavors unless served cold. also notes of hay, herbs, honey, flowers, malts, alc. flavor is quite strong and complex, but i could do without the mouldy herbal stuff.

Bottled. RBESG 2008. Cloudy orange colour with average-sized head. Bit of saison nose here with floral, grapey hops. Medium bodied, with resiny, earthy, woody hops, alonf with a sweet maltiness that is balanced with a spicy character - from the yeast?

It is unclear, orange-brow with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of malt, basement and fruit. The flavor has sweetness and notes of malt, alcohol, fruit, yeast, citrus and the finish is dry, slightly bitter and spicy with hints of resin and tannic acid.

The smell is like grape kool aid, toast, wheat, fruits, yeast, and malts. The look is cloudy, copper colored, and not too much head. The taste is malts, sweet, hops, bitterness, and yeast.
