Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium full to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
75 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a deep amber glare and a quickly gone tan head. Aroma is earthy and slight vegetable like. Dark roasted malt. Mouldy and vegetable yeasty flavoured. Chriso Rock The Roof Down pre-GBBF shindig. Murky brown colour with a small head. Aroma is some berries, fruits, mild maltyness as well as some yeast. Flavour is fruity, berryish, a bit earthy as well as malty and slightly yeasty notes. A bit messy.
Bottle 75 cl. Pours a dark brown with a warm reddish hue and a creamy light brown head. Aroma is dark dried fruits, hard roasted malts and a whiff of fustiness. The color is almost black; medium sized head. The aroma is light, some roasted malt and cheese rind. Good body structure, with caramel and chocolate flavor, a bit ashy but also reasonably sweet, with more coffee in the end. Good.
Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Dark brown, some wild aroma. Some wood and off-ness. Better in mouth, some sweetness on the swallow.
