Pours clear dark golden with ruby highlights. Lovely, big, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has good malty and fruity sweetness, mildly vinious, elderflowers, pine, grapefruit. Highish prickly carbonation, creamy and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour is lovely, dry, bitter and flowery. Light elderflowers, chocolate and caramel as base. Long, lingering floral bitterness. A return to form from Bøgedal?
Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are citrus, hops, elderflower, caramel, fruits and malt. A little too carbonated. Quite unlike other Bøgedal brews. MiP (15962) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 3, 2011

750ml bottle, No. 0243, 6.6 % abv,kindly shared by Leif who bought the bottle in Copenhagen two years ago. Massive foamy, off-white head. Clear amber coloured body. Smell of fresh, mid-sweet fruits. Bottle as No 443. Pours hazy amber with medium white head. Aroma is caramel, orange, cardamom, hints of soap and lemon. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and faint acidic.
