Hazy golden with a small white head. Floral aroma with minerally and phenolic-spicy notes. Dry and floral flavour with a touch of orange peel, and a a nice bitter finish.

Bottle, 75cl corked. As 0275 Nytår 2012. It’s an unclear, golden beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma has cellar, fruityness, oranges and apricot, and a sugary touch known from countless Belgian beers. It’s sweet and fruity on the palate, with a decent bitterness balancing things. Oranges and a faint biscuity maltyness too. Medium body, lacking a bit on carbonation I think. Bitter, orangey finish. Well, not my preferred beer for a big celebration, and far from the best from Bøgedal, but still a fine brew. 130308

Small slightly fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly fruity, light malts, weeds, citrus, herbs, asparagus, almond essence. Taste is slightly sweet grainy, light malts, hay, citrus peel, grain, weeds, cardboard. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Boring!

Slightly cloudy orange with a fully diminishing white head. Aroma has hints of wheat and light pungency. Taste is earthy with notes of yeast. Somewhat bitter finish.
