Black Country Beano. Outbound train tasting! BBE April 2013. Light haze on this pale gold beer, little white head. Light palate, fine carbonation. Lovely light generic fruits. Strong elderflower. Light minerals. Finishes semi dry with a mild bitter linger. Would have love to have tried this fresh. Out of date as it is, still very good.
Not 100% convinced this wasn’t the lager. I noted the abv as 3.9%.

Half pint, hand pulled cask ale at MicroBar in Manchester. Tiny, white head to a misty, golden body. Dry lemon and sweaty hops to the nose. Taste of fresh citrus fruits joined by semi-sweet malts. Fairly dry bitter ending. Just alright (21.01.2013).

Overall: Hoppy, bitter and tasty.
Cask @ The Stockbridge Tap, Edinburgh. Golden yellow colour, reasonable head. Cereal biscuit hop aroma. Dry biscuit grain flavour. Bitter aftertaste. More a golden ale rather than an IPA. mr_h (5942) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - SEP 17, 2012
