Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 9, 2010
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Sweet malt and a little metal in the nose. Medium body, sweet malt a little sulphur and a very metallic edge. Rather bitter finish - quite surprising for a Helles. 090410

pivnizub (10619) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - APR 12, 2007
Bottle: Golden coloured, quite firm mid-sized white head; distinctive sweet-grainy, a bit yeasty and barnyardy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; delicate, but spicy and hoppy finish. O.K., better than an average Helles..........

MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAR 20, 2007
(bottle) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a rather short foamy white head. Medium-sweet, strong grainy, cereal-like aroma, also slightly dusty with a shy whiff of hops and fruity notes. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium body, medium carbonation. Grainy, malty taste with a honey-fruity touch; medium-dry, malty and light-bitter finish with a restrained hop-character. Easy-going Helles.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2008 Malty, flowery aroma. Malty flavor with orange and some boiled milk. orange aftertaste, also with some boiled milk. 6 2 5 2 10 is equal to 2.5 Tap: Gasthaus in Trockau. Malty flavor with just a hint of flowery hops. Orange. Very refreshing. Hint of butter in the finish. Way better as the bottled version tasted earlier.
