UPDATED: FEB 10, 2017 Bottle, 355ml. Dark reddish, frothy tan head. Mild roasted aromas. Medium bodied, fizzy carbonation. Thin and fizzy. Medium sweet, medium to light bitter. Unnatural, but not unpleasant chocolate flavors into an acidic fizzy bitter finish. Clearly a macro beer, you have to force yourself to chug it down because its just not tasty and seems artificial.

355 mL bottle poured. Courtesy of Luttonm. Thanks! The darkest of copper pours with a thin foam head. Some spicy chocolate aroma, with some beef? Very strange. Flavor is a pleasant surprise. Creamy rich chocolate which doesn’t seem to bother. A slight metallic. Not too sweet. Very strange beer, but this could have gone in a much worse direction.

Bottle in Seattle. Purchased in Oaxaca. Quick dissipating, light bubble tan head. Dark cola body. Dusty, dry chocolate aroma. Very thin body, warming battery acid character. Very odd aftertaste, odd fruit and vague chocolate. Strange beer!

smells chocolate, licorice, vanilla and dark bread. Taste is flat, watery. Low bitterness, high carbonation. Its the best beer widely available in Mexico So i give it some extra points.

Bottle poured in glass. Dark-ish/brown color with little tanned head, aroma doesnt hide the booze, sweet, caramel and mild roasted malts. beer’s name has 2 big lies in there: no stout and no chocolate, some roasted malts indeed but lacking most chocolate or lacking at all... sort of vanilla sweetness, caramel, nuts and metallic aftertaste, low bitterness and medium body. Never expected a great beer from a macro so i guess its decent and drinkable at least but not a good "stout chocolate" whatsoever.
