Blah. Corny. More or less indistinguishable from other bad Mexican beers. wheatbeerboy (103) - Addison, Illinois, USA - FEB 10, 2003
For some reason I don't seem to like any Mexican beer and this one is no exception. rauchbier (3949) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - FEB 5, 2003
Bottled. Straw gold, poor head, low condition. Slight peppery start to the nose but then the solvent takes hold and ruins it. The soft finish long outstays its welcome.

Quite good Mexican brew. Very thirst quenching.
Not a lot of hops, but has flavor where others lack.
Put the lime in the bottle and enjoy. BeerPrince (1701) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 1, 2003
Better than many other mexican lagers and did a fine job of washing down my chimichanga.

Bottled. Very clear, light body, almost no head. Nearly non-existent corn nose. Sweet, refreshing flavor, some hops present surprisingly, and more body than the appearance would have suggested. Not bad, not good, not Corona thank God.

Fairly crisp, refreshing, goes well with greasy tortilla chips. Neither detracts or adds to a spicy Mexican meal. High quality for what it is. Kaya161 (1142) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 29, 2003
Flowery hop aroma and decent crisp, hop flavour as well. Easily the best MExican pils. P-tor44 (886) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - JAN 29, 2003
kaya seemed to like this calling it floral. all I can say is adjuncty, minimally hopped and i guess its better then corona SirHopsAlot (44) - Cockeysville, Maryland, USA - JAN 27, 2003
I will call it refreshing, but that is about it. I like it more than most commercial domestics.
